The last post dealt with Kakuros, a very popular kind of puzzle which many people were unaware of. N that is why i had it included in this year's KHOJ (Vasco-de-Gamea). However, there was another very interesting type of puzzle which i had contributed-the REBUS. And yet another 1, this time contributed by Kaushallendra-the ILLUSION TREE
Kakuro is a kind of logic puzzle in which that is often referred to as a mathematical transliteration of the crossword. A sample kakuro is shown below. The numbers in the lower half stand for the squares below it and those in the upper half stand for the squares to its right.
I had received this email long back... but there was no better time to post it than today- as today is the day when TCS visits KIIT campus to recruit us for our future in the corporate world (at 8 am.. :P). Although this post goes as a joke on TCS, still here's me, Anitesh Singh wishing everyone out there in KIIT(and beyond also) the very best for his/her future!

Firstly, let me thank all those who contributed to the huge traffic associated with my previous post. That post generated over 200 page visits in less than 3 days, 6 new followers and a total of 32 comments(on other posts as well). An all time high for my blog, till date. ;)Also after that post many of my friends started asking for tips when starting a blog. So I decided to write down aaalllllll my experiments which I've tried on my blog.

Just as we attain puberty after a certain age, in a similar manner we develop an uncanny tendency of not attending classes for weird reasons-be it sleep deprivation, playing, dating..... (It's really endless!!!)
Well, I won't say that these matters are not important. Actually, I happen to recall famous lines for each of these reasons-
We should have at least 8 hours of sleep. (These lines were taught to us in primary education!)
All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy. (Apparently, people other than Jack have the same problem.)
Love is life-and what is life without love!
So the reasons as to why a student is unable to attend classes seem pretty important. But if only the college management would go by the thought process of a student-all would be well. However, the reality is that every college imposes the dreaded 75% Attendance Rule and has termed "not attending classes" as bunking. Zeesh! What a horrible thing to do to make the leaders of tomorrow sound as cheap shots.

Towards the end of july for some days this was my tagline on Gtalk-
I Nearly Died In Adoration
Probably one of the most beautiful taglines I have ever seen. At first it is not very clear as to what is written. In fact, some of the guys (n even gals) thought it was for some girl. ;) However, take a closer look at the line-the line spells out INDIA if u take the first letters of all the words. Now u see the beauty!

A funny thing happened with this no that has haunted n also amused many souls. What apperently happens when u call up this no is that a girl receives ur call with a very normal "Hello" and waits a couple of seconds for ur reply. Then she breaks into an outburst as to why u r irritating her by ur calls n the horrible msgs u sent her and threatens u that she would call her brother n tell him everything, which she does also in a few moments. Then the 'bhai' enters the scene n says that u r in big trouble n asks for ur name and so on. But how come the same msg each time?? N that too with the same dialogues.
So here's what actually happens-
This post is for our dearest mothers who love us so much which none of us really know. She burns her hand is the kitchen so that u may not be hungry. She forsakes her happiness for ur smiles. She wipes away ur tears when she herself needs moral support. Read this blog my dear friends...and read it with all ur heart. It will make u feel guilty but also better.
